Cherry Hill Condos and Townhomes are located at 3465 Lochwood Drive in Fort Collins, CO just north of Horsetooth Rd. between Lemay and Timberline.

Location -This neighborhood is located in south-central Fort Collins with easy access to the Harmony Corridor and I-25 as well as the many amenities on S. College Ave.  There are many major shopping centers within a few miles of this neighborhood. The Cinemark 16 Movie Theatre is just south at Harmony and Timberline, Albertsons is about 1.5 miles to the west on Horsetooth, and there is a large King Soopers shopping center near the corner of Drake and Timberline.

Schools – Another nice thing about Cherry Hill Condos and Townhomes is their location bordering Shepardson Elementary School. This area provides a perfect place to throw a frisbee, take children to the playground, or enjoy many other outdoor activities.

Pool – Residents of Cherry Hill also have access to a nice, private neighborhood pool and sand volleyball courts located on Lochwood Dr.

Typical Home – Cherry Hill Condos and Townhomes were built primarily between 1984 and 1986. The neighborhood consists primarily of 1 story units consisting of 1 bath and 1 or 2 bedrooms. These units range in square footage from 726 sqft for a 1 bed, 1 bath to ~900 sqft for a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment.  Most apartments feature baseboard heating. All units I know of also feature a 1 car, detached garage.

There is also a smaller selection of 2 story townhomes that typically contain 2 bedrooms and 3 baths with ~1,200 square feet.

Price – In the past 2 years, 8 properties have sold (7 single level and 1 two story). A 2-story home was sold for 143,000, while the typical sales price of a single level was $125,000. Average taxes in this neighborhood are $800 per year and HOA fees are approximately $170/month.
